El Toyo Development

El Toyo runs parallel to Retamar Central and South, located to the west of that development. It is the urban benchmark of the province, with a very low population density, large green areas with native vegetation, a large waterfront with views of the sea and an 18hole golf course located in its centre, and is very close to the airport in Almería.
Its typology is apartment buildings with pools of various heights and sport facilities in its private enclosures surrounding the golf course, while in the centre there is an area for luxury villas.

It is covered with an extensive network of bicycle lanes and a waterfront fashioned as a Mediterranean coast and an engaging leisure area, Plaza del Mar, with several sites located around an artificial lagoon, a few metres above sea level and public buildings.
The everincreasing offering of leisure activities, like adventure sports, camel rides and diving, among others, is a current feature.
